Award Recipients Attended the 2008 National Reading Recovery & K-6
Classroom Literacy Conference
Thanks to Deluxe Corporation Foundation, Kaeden Books, Zaner-Bloser, the Sue Hundley Memorial Scholarship,
and the Geri Stone Memorial Scholarship
Fund, these Reading Recovery
professionals were able to attend the 2008 National Reading Recovery
& K-6 Classroom Literacy Conference. Deluxe Corporation Foundation
Representatives from the Deluxe Corporation Foundation had an
opportunity to meet with the current Deluxe Corporation Foundation
teacher leader training award recipients.

Geri Stone Memorial
Contributions to the Geri Stone Memorial Fund enabled two Michigan
Reading Recovery teachers to attend professional development

Kaeden Books Professional Development
Ashley English, Oakland, CA, attended the 2008 National
Conference thanks to a professional development grant from Kaeden
Books. Craig Urmston (right) is the president of Kaeden Books.

Sue Hundley Memorial
Gifts from Lesley University and friends in memory of Sue Hundley
allowed Lynette Daemon from Durham, NC, to attend the 2008 National
Conference.

Zaner Bloser
Lisa Mount from San Lorenzo, CA, received a professional development
grant to attend 2008 National Conference.

Sue Hundley Memorial Scholarship Award Recipient
