Hotel Accommodations and Reservations

Please note:  The Hotel block will shut down January 26 at 5:00pm.  Last day to cancel your reservation without penalty is Jan. 26, 5:00pm EST. 

Hotels will not have your reservation information until Jan. 27.

Official Conference Hotels
The Conference discounted hotel rates are available through January 20, 2012. All changes and cancellations must be submitted online through the online reservation system, or in writing to the Housing Office. The online reservation system will be shut down at 5:00pm on January 26. After Jan. 26, all changes need to be made directly with your hotel. Please note: the hotel will not have your reservation information until January 27.

Hotel Taxes
To help you plan your expenses and to ensure a smooth checkout, please note the hotel taxes, 10% bed tax and a 6.75% state tax, are not included in the daily room rate listed below. Attendees are responsible for contacting their hotels in advance to discuss eligibility for tax exemptions and request the forms required by the hotel. Your confirmation will have the hotel contact information.
